A Mace practitioner is someone trained and licensed in the Mace Energy Method (MEM) — a gentle, non-talk approach that helps people release deep-seated negative emotions, break the power of past triggers, and dissolve the negative identities formed by life's painful experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, a Mace practitioner doesn't ask you to relive or analyze your trauma. Instead, they guide you through simple, structured procedures that allow your mind to let go of stuck emotional patterns — often in hours, not months or years.
