What to Expect

Once you reach out to me—whether by phone or email through my website—I'll help you find a time that works best for both of us. Before your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email from me with everything you need: the date and time, your personal Zoom link, simple payment instructions, and a short introduction to the process so you'll know what to expect.

If you have any questions along the way—about Mace, Deliverance, or how the sessions work—I truly welcome them. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and fully informed before we begin.

On the day of your session, all you'll need to do is click the Zoom link, and we'll meet for up to two hours. During this time, we'll move through as much of the Mace Protocol or spiritual counseling as possible. The following week, we'll meet again for a follow-up session where we'll talk about the changes you've noticed, address any new insights, and bring the Mace Protocol to a meaningful conclusion.
