The Mace Energy Method is a revolutionary non-talk therapy that eliminates the cause of emotional problems and identifies and removes negative emotional energies that are believed to be the root cause of personal issues like anxiety, stress, depression, phobias, low self-esteem, and more.
The core idea is that we all have a "core self" — sometimes called the "real you" — and over time, emotional pain and traumatic experiences create what MEM calls "negative identities."
The result of doing the Mace Energy Method (MEM) is typically described as a sudden and lasting improvement in emotional well-being. People often report that specific issues or emotional reactions they struggled with — sometimes for years — are dramatically reduced or completely disappear.
Immediate change is common — people often report a noticeable shift during or right after a session. Some issues may require 2–3 sessions to address all related emotional layers (especially if the issue is complex or deeply ingrained). Once a negative identity is removed, it does not come back (according to MEM practitioners). You may uncover new ones as you grow, but the removed ones stay gone.
Many people find they respond to situations more calmly and confidently, without trying to manage their reactions.
Here's what a session entails:
- Introduction: In a safe, virtual setting (e.g., Zoom), I explain MEM's non-invasive process, emphasizing you won't need to share personal stories or relive painful experiences. You're invited to focus on feeling the "real you."
- Locating Negative Identities: I ask simple questions to help you identify a negative identity.
- Dis-creating the Identity: Using MEM's energy-based exercises, I guide you to release the negative identity through a gentle, internal process. This involves focusing on the feeling's energy to "dis-create" it.
- Experiencing Relief: You often feel immediate, lasting relief, as the negative identity is permanently removed, aligning with MEM's promise that "once gone, it stays gone." Many report a lighter, empowered state, responding to life more calmly and confidently.
- Closure: We briefly discuss your experience (e.g., "How do you feel now?"), keeping it non-invasive. I note that complex issues may require 2–3 sessions, and you gain clarity on next steps without advice, as MEM empowers your own insights.
